There’s something magical about capturing a family’s story in the comfort of their own home, especially when it's filled with love and quiet moments. I had the joy of photographing this beautiful young family just outside Ottawa, in their charming little town.
Their three-month-old daughter, Daisy, was a little serious throughout the session, haha, but her presence brought so much sweetness to the day. And their loyal pup, Spud, was the perfect protector, watching over Daisy with unwavering devotion.
Whether it was cozy cuddles on the couch and bed, giggling as Spud playfully snuck into the shot, or a quiet moment of bonding, these photos tell a story of warmth and connection. There’s no better place to capture the heart of a family than in their own space, surrounded by the little things that make their house a home.
